Rules for using this website. Tattoo and piercing services are arranged separately with the studio.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://chillinktattoopiercing.com (the “Site”), operated by Chill Ink Tattoo & Piercing (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to the Site only. They do not govern any tattoo or piercing service performed at our studio — those services are arranged and agreed separately, in person or via WhatsApp.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our studio and to help you get in touch with us. It is not a booking system and does not guarantee any reservation, appointment, availability, or the provision of any service. Any appointment or service becomes confirmed only once we have agreed it with you directly, in person or via WhatsApp.

3. Pricing information

Any prices or price ranges shown on the Site are for general information only and may change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer. The final price for any tattoo or piercing depends on the specific work and is confirmed at the studio or via WhatsApp before the service is carried out.

4. Intellectual property

The content on the Site — including text, photographs of our work, logos, and our brand name — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content or images (including photographs of our work) without our prior written permission, except where the law allows.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site’s normal operation or security;
  • use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; or

The Site contains links to third-party services, such as our WhatsApp contact button, Google (for example Google Maps), and our Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest profiles. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

7. Age

Age requirements apply to our studio services, and some parts of our communications assume you are of an appropriate age to arrange them. If you are under 18, you should use the Site and contact us only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any studio service for a minor is subject to the applicable requirements and consents. Please contact us to discuss what is needed in your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will always be available or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version on the Site, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
